Clinic Policies
At Nava Aesthetics, we strive to provide excellent service and care to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take note of our policies below:
Appointments and Cancellations:
All services are by appointment only.
For all new services scheduled, we require a card to be placed on file. This card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation without proper notice.
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $50 fee charged to your card on file. This fee also applies to no-show appointments. You may cancel or reschedule via our booking platform or by calling or texting 256-874-9338. If you fail to show up a second time, we reserve the right to not schedule you again.
We offer same-day appointments when available. Please contact us to check for availability. Our online booking platform will also display available same day appointments.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late past your designated appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. Please inform us if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds and Returns:
We do not offer refunds for treatments already provided.
If you change your mind about a retail item purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for opened or used items, or for gift cards.
Payments and Special Offers:
Payment for all individual treatments are due at the time of treatment. We accept cash payments up to $500, all major credit cards, Klarna, Affirm, Cherry financing, and Venmo. We do not accept personal checks. Special pricing or event pricing must be paid in full at the time of purchase (or before the end of the promo period) to avail of the discount or offer. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with multiple discount opportunities, we will automatically apply the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.
Consultation Fee:
There is a $25 consultation fee, which will be applied to a future treatment if availed of within 30 days after the initial consultation.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not required but are accepted for spa services (such as facials and dermaplane services). However, for all other medical services, tipping is not expected. Instead of a tip, we would greatly appreciate your referrals and a Google review to help spread the word about our clinic and the exceptional service you’ve received.
Health Considerations:
Some of our services may not be recommended for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies or specific medical conditions, or are taking certain medications such as Accutane, certain antibiotics, or blood thinners. If you are under the care of a physician/provider, please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or special requests when you book your appointment.
Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, please call the office to confirm if we are open. If we decide to close the office, we will contact you via phone or text to reschedule your appointment.
