Nava Aesthetics is excited to bring in the ADVATx Laser to our practice. The ADVATx is a solid state laser that combines two wavelengths: yellow (589 nm) and infrared (1319 nm) to target 25 different FDA-approved indications, such as rosacea, acne and acne scars, spider veins, port wine stains, fine lines and wrinkles, melasma, hyperpigmentation, and more. The treatments are quick, relatively pain-free (no numbing required) and has minimal downtime. You can do this procedure on your lunch break and see your results right away! A series of treatments are usually required for the best results.
The ADVATx is fast becoming the gold standard in facial rejuvenation. Are there side effects?
Unlike other lasers, treatments with ADVATx are relatively pain free, with only mild swelling and redness (lasting 2 to 4 hours) as the major side effects.
Is there downtime with ADVATx?
No. You will be able to return to most normal daily activities right after the treatments. We do encourage our patients to wear sunscreen regularly to help protect their skin from sun damage.
When will I see the results?
You will see a glow right after your treatment. Redness from rosacea and vascular lesions improve within 24 hours.
