After BOTOX®, Xeomin® and Daxxify®, it usually take 3-5 days to notice any results. Dysport® kicks in a little faster - you should see some changes within 24 hours. The effects set in gradually for all the neurotoxins, and does not happen all at once. Their full effects may not be seen until about 7-14 days after injection.
There is little to no downtime after a neurotoxin treatment—you should be able to return to your daily routine immediately. You just need to avoid laying flat, avoid exercising, refrain from wearing a hat or anything that puts pressure on the treated area, and stay cool (avoid hot tubs, saunas, hot shower, etc) for four hours after the injections. This helps keep the neurotoxin from migrating and producing an unwanted result.
