The SaltFacial® is a 3-step treatment.
- Step 1: All-natural sea salt and positive-pressure is used to exfoliate and rehydrate the top layers of the skin. Depending on the patient’s specific needs, this step can range from a light exfoliation to a deeper resurfacing. Salt is a natural antibacterial agent and draws water to the surface, leading to hydrated skin.
- Step 2: Ultrasound is used to allow topical products to effectively penetrate the skin. Your treatment is customize based on your individual needs (treatment of acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, etc).
- Step 3: High-powered LED phototherapy is used to reduce inflammation and redness, promote rapid healing, and stimulate the production of collagen.
